These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and purchases made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, images, compatibility information, and colors accurately.
Actual appearance may vary slightly due to display settings or reasonable manufacturing variation. Nothing in this section permits a material difference from the product description or limits mandatory consumer guarantees.
4. Prices, Currency, and Taxes
Prices are shown in the currency displayed for the customer's market or at checkout. Depending on the Site's Shopify Markets and payment configuration, customers may see and, where supported, pay in a local currency.
The currency and final amount applicable to an order are displayed before payment is confirmed.
Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes collected by us will be displayed or included as required by applicable law. Customs duties or import charges not collected by us may be payable separately as described in our Shipping Policy.
5. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal restrictions, or an obvious pricing or listing error.Â
If we cancel an order after payment has been captured and no substituteis agreed, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Payments are processed using the payment methods available at checkout.

We may use fraud-prevention measures and may request reasonable verification before fulfilling an order where a transaction is flagged as potentially unauthorized or fraudulent.
7. Shipping and Fulfillment
Shipping, processing, tracking, customs, and estimated delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy.
We may use third-party suppliers, fulfillment providers, and carriers to fulfill orders. Use of third parties does not remove consumer rights or responsibilities that applicable law places on MDM Solutions as the seller.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights
Our voluntary return process is described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms or our policies excludes, restricts, or replaces consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under UK consumer law, EU consumer law, Australian Consumer Law, Canadian consumer protection legislation, and U.S. federal or state law.

Unless otherwise stated, Site content including branding, logos, text, graphics, layout, and original creative material is owned by or licensed to MDM Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rights that apply to customers in their country, state, province, or territory of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms

Changes will not retroactively remove rights already acquired under an existing order where applicable law prohibits doing so.
